- No kids and only 1 extra guest permitted.
- Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is given. After 10 minutes, there will be a charge of $1 each minute you are late. After 15, your appointment will be canceled .
- If you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done 12 hours prior to your appointment.
- If you choose to cancel your appointment within the 12-hour period, you will FORFEIT your deposit.
- If you choose to reschedule your appointment within the 12-hour period, you will have to send a new deposit.
- If you want to reschedule, please do so with the confirmation email that’s sent to you after booking. This will allow your deposit to be moved also. DO NOT cancel your existing appointment, and just make a new one. That will require a NEW $30 deposit.
- Any last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a 50% of the service cost charged to your card.
- Any NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the total service and will be banned from booking.
- IF THE CARD ON FILE CANNOT BE CHARGED, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
- If there are any problems with your nails that are my fault, there is a 7-day insurance period where I will fix them for free under certain circumstances.
